set new trends over the past 40 years that suggest unique and different styles to enrich the lives of customers. In particular, some of our brands are recognized as the leading brands of our time, such as MAESTRO (menswear with innovative pattern), DAKS (British traditional look), Hazzys (modern traditional casual look), and Lafuma (European outdoor wear).

FAMILY DAY

LF has designated every Wednesday and Friday as “Family Day”, encouraging all employees to leave work on time to spend quality time with their family.

REFRESH DAY

Each year, LF grants days off named “Refresh Days” (roughly 10 days a year) on days falling between two holidays or before and after national holidays for all employees to take time off work to refresh. At the end of each year, we announce the next year’s Refresh Days so that our employees can plan their holidays ahead.

119 Corporate Dinner Rule

To build a healthy corporate dinner culture, all employees at LF are encouraged to stick to the 119 Rule: 1 type of liquor, 1st round only and finish by 9 p.m.

In-house Clubs

LF helps its employees develop various talents and communicate with each other by funding over 15 in-house clubs for football, baseball, camping, cycling, wine tasting, flower arrangement and music bands.

Promoting a Culture of Praise

To encourage and motivate its employees by promoting a culture of praise, LF selects employees of the month in each business department and rewards them by giving their bosses’ notes complimenting their efforts, one day of paid leave and dining/concert tickets.
